Apple TV LED blinking amber non-stop, no video, no audio

As described in the header, my Apple TV (120GB) has its LED blinking amber non-stop, no video, no audio. It is about 2 months old and I have never had issue with it before.

The manual says this indicates that it is starting up, but I can tell you, it is not starting up.

Macbook Black 2.0GHz 2GB Ram, Mac OS X (10.5.1), Intel Core Duo

Hi Regina - just wondering how you got sorted. I'm in Kildare and bought mine in San Francisco and its flashing orange. Thanks a mill for any help 🙂 Damien
