My Iphone worked beautifully until a couple of weeks ago.Now it won't recognize ANY wifi network. I have reset, restored, set up as a new phone, toggled everything off & on, but it still stays on EDGE network. With wifi turned on, I just get "choose a network" but no networks ever appear. Any suggestions??
Hello, Sorry to see your having this issue. Posted below are some trouble shooting steps. Some of which you have already done. If you find the troubleshooting steps fail. You may wish to make an appointment at your local Apple Retail Store and seek an iPhone replacement as it may be a hardware issue. Or call 1-800-My-iPhone where an agent can assist with this as well and set it up for service if needed.
Now go to Settings- WiFi- wait 30 seconds and see if a network shows up. If no network shows up, Disconnect your router power for 5 min, Reconnect the power, wait 3 min, now go back to WiFi on iPhone and see if anything shows up.
Networks will not show up on iPhone if they are a closed network, or set for 802.11n Only mode. So they will appear as invisible.
In same cases you could be on a bad Radio channel on the router, and in some cases changing this channel will at times allow other devices to finally see it. Please consult your router manufacture for any router troubleshooting.
Step 2: Reboot the iPhone, Hold down the Home Button and Lock button till you see an Apple logo then let go. Now test and see if you spot a WiFi connection.
Step 3: Test on another WiFi Network at another location. The iPhone should pick up at least 1 wifi network somewhere in your state. If it does not it seems to be narrowing down to a possible hardware issue. At which point if you feel like it. You can perform one last restore. And again if that continues to show no progress. Then consult a local apple retail store. or call 1-800-My-iPhone

Thank-you, yes I have already done all the things you advised, was afraid it might be a hardware problem. I was just hoping I had missed trying something with the software. There is not an Apple store within 300 miles of where I live, guess I'll be calling....
