Native Instruments Rig Kontrol 3

Hi all -- primarily a guitarist, I've been using NI's Rig Kontrol 3 (ships with Guitar Rig 3, or separately) as my AI to L8 and am EXTREMELY happy with it; highly recommend for any music creation involving axes.

MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, Logic 8,, Mac OS X (10.4.10), Telecaster x2, Hodson503-S, Gibson SG, Ibanex Artcore bass, Mbox Mini

Hi There,
I was wondering if you could give me a few pointers on getting my Guitar rig 3 to both.....
1)Record 2 seperate audio tracks at once, both bass and guitar,coming out of G.R.3.plugins.
How Can I record the 2 signals at the same from my plugins to 2 seperate tracks in logic 8 ?
For some reason it wont let me record enable both tracks although I hear the 2 different sounds in my monitors using the plugins?
Please let me know your thoughts.

Bro, I wish I could help, but I've never tried that. I generally record instruments separately.

But it seems more a L8 issue than a GR issue; that is, how to record-enable two tracks simultaneously. It beggars belief that there's not a way to do this; I just don't know what it is.

If this seems like a silly question, forgive me, but you never know:

You are selecting "input 1" and "input 2" on the two tracks you are attempting to record enable, and outputting the plugs to these channels as well, correct?

You should be able to chose input 1(rig kontrol 1) on one track and input 2 on the other track, then activate them both for recording in mono.
