Logitech MX Air Mouse and Tiger?

The latest fancy mouse in Logitech's lineup is the MX Air, which has oodles of buttons and the abiity to use it off-desk by waving it in the air. Alas, the manufacturer decided to privilege only the poor Windows users stuck with those godawful operating systems with the provided drivers.

Can this mouse be used, with all its features, on Tiger, even if it entails some third-party driver?
