It appears the Technocel T12 is a standard Bluetooth headset with at least Headset and probably Handsfree BT profiles. OS X will connect to any Bluetooth headset that supports (at least) these profiles. Here's what you do:
0.) Preparation: Open up your System Preferences and pull open the Bluetooth panel (under Hardware). You may also optionally load Skype, Gizmo, Ventrillo, World of Warcraft, or any other VoIP application at this time, or later.
1.) Put the headset into Discoverable mode (your instruction manual will tell you how, though the common way seems to be to take the headset while it's turned off, and hold the power button until your headset's indicator light blinks two different colors)
2.) Under the Bluetooth menu on your Mac, choose to add an additional device
3.) The Wizard will ask you what kind of device you're connecting. Select either "all" or "headset."
4.) Your Mac ought to find your headset, and you'll probably be required to enter a security code (usually 0000 or 0001, should be in your manual)
5.) In your application's preferences, pull up the audio options, and choose your headset as the output and input.
Done!
