Drivers for Lexmark x5150

I am trying to download the drivers for a hand-me-down Lexmark x5150.

http://downloads.lexmark.com/static/229-1-0-133.html

When I download the:
Description: Driver for Mac OS 9.x.x and Mac OS X
OS: Mac OS X
Filename: X5100 Series Installer"

It comes over as a .txt file? Changed it to a .hqx, no go, .dmg, no go.

When I download the:
Description: Lexmark X5100 Series Driver for Mac OS X 10.1, Mac OS X 10.1.5, Mac OS X 10.2.3 - 10.2.8, and Mac OS X 10.3.x.
OS: Mac OS X 10.2.5
Filename: CJMX5100L1.hqx,

it seems to install fine. In Printer Setup Utility, Add printer, the Lexmark x5150 shows up under USB printer, but I have to select a driver/model to install it with. There is no x5150, or any x5100 series to select. It is almost like it did not install any drivers.

I contact Lexmark Support through the web chat (mistake). Here is the text...

If anyone can help, or point me to where I am making a mistake, please do so.

Thank you,
Spinner

[Jordon] Are you trying to install it from the installation disc ?
[Kevin] no, from drivers I am downloading from
[Kevin] http://downloads.lexmark.com/static/229-1-0-133.html
[Jordon] Have you saved the filr on the desktop.
[Kevin] yes, but when it is downloaded, my computer recognizes it as a text file, not an installation file. It will not install.
[Jordon] Let me know the file name, you have downloaded?
[Kevin] Description: Driver for Mac OS 9.x.x and Mac OS X,
"X5100 Series Installer.txt"
[Jordon] Click CJMX5100L1.hqx, save the file on the desktop.
[Jordon] 1. Save the Lexmark driver file to your computer (desktop is recommended).
2. Double click on the downloaded file.
3. "Stuff It Expander" will open and unzip the file.
4. You will the see a Lexmark folder on your desktop.
5. Double click on the folder.
6. Double click on the "Lexmark Installer."
7. Click on "Install and Agree."
8. Choose the country (United States).

10. Click on "Finish."
[Kevin] ok
[Kevin] it is almost done
[Kevin] installing...
[Kevin] Ok now a box popped up, x5150 series printer selection.
[Jordon] Follow the prompt to install.
[Kevin] ok, When I select Add Printer, the printer that is plugged in shows up, but when I try to selct a driver under the "Print Using" area, there is no x5150, or even close. Which one do I use?
[Jordon] Check it once again.
[Kevin] it will not add the printer, until I select a model/driver. The correct model or driver is not showing up. The only one close is an X422, and X422 fax
[Jordon] Click cjq2300EN.exe, save it on the desktop.
[Jordon] 1.Once the files have completed downloading, double click on the icon.
2. On the "Win Zip Self-Extractor" screen click "OK." To unzip the downloaded file choose "Unzip."
3. A screen will then display the number of files unzipped successfully, click "OK."

Nope,
It takes me right back to the same download page, as I referenced above...

Maybe the download is just corrupt?

An anyone else download the file, The installer that turns into a txt file? Does it do the same?

EDIT:
I found this, same situation, but I do not have the discs..
