Championship Manager 2008 Issue

Championship Manager 2008 Issue

When I use Championship Manager 2008 on my one month old mac, three things go wrong:
1. The program routinely just quits suddenly
2. An image of the installation DVD pops up on the screen
3. Whenever the program is running, the fan comes on very strong and loud

Any advice?

Did you open a support ticket? The instructions should be in the manuals.

The Apple Support Discussions are for questions about the functionality of your Macintosh computer, Mac OS X and any Apple software you might be using. Your question is about a third party product that is not written by Apple. You should contact them for support of *their product*.

It appears that their site has support forums of their own. Or is that site not related to your question? If it's not, then you'll need to provide us with some more details before anyone can point you in the right direction.

To be more accurate, it is Virtual Programming that made the port of CM2008.

Thanks for the clarification, I haven't used it, but that was the site I found first with a Google search. I wasn't certain so that's why I asked if there were more details.
