Help! Can't convert AC3 to AIFF

I've always used mAC3Dec to convert my AC3 files to AIFF but when I upgraded to Leopard it stopped working. So I put some AC3 files into Compressor. Everything went okay in the process but when I played the new aiff file back there was no audio. The file size was correct and it had the correct amount of time on it but all it played back was silence!

Anything I can do to fix this? I've search high and low for audio conversion programs to use with leopard and haven't been able to find any that will do AC3 to AIFF!

I'm using Compressor Version 2.3.1
