Customer Complaints - Ireland

I want to make a complaint to Apple Ireland's customer care staff (if indeed they exist!) after a huge **** up with my girlfriend's christmas present being delivered to the wrong address on the 21st of December, and subsequently dissappearing.

I've searched their webpages for a half hour now, and surprise surprise! It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack... Can anyone help me out?
