This message cant be downloaded from the server

I get this error message on some e-mails not all of them. I am using a POP account through Cox Communications. Has anyone else had this issue and do you have any ideas on how to resolve it? Thanks for your advice.

Yes it is, I should manually check my e-mails from my computer then?

Thank you I appreciate the advice. I am going to change my computer setting from downloading messages automatically. Perhaps that will help with the problem. I do get messages that have the title then I get the error message in the body.
