Itunes unlimited access!

I already have itunes downloaded on my computer and have downloaded songs from my personal Cd's.Thru itunes have put them onto my ipod shuffle. How do I purchase Itunes "Unlimited Access" to pay onetime price and have itunes unlimited?? Thanks!
