Windows expired

Bought a Macbook Pro with Parallels and Windows Vista Business installed. It asked me for my Product Key, which the stickers were applied to the bottom of my Macbook, so I entered them, but it would not accept it. I was going to call the number, but apparently, I let my "Windows expire" and I cannot get into Windows anymore. Does anyone know what I can do next? I tried calling the Windows verification number, but evidently you have to be able to get into Windows - which I can't. Any suggestions?

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.11), 2.4 GHz PowerPC

Actually, just solved my problem and I'd like to post the solution for anyone else that buys an MacBook Pro for the purpose of running both Mac and Window apps. . .

In my case, Windows Vista would not start from Parallels, not even in safe mode. For the solution I went into > User > Documents > Parallels and trashed the Windows Vista Business folder. I then opened Parallels and through the file menu selected > Open . . . and then re-installed my Windows Vista Business Cd and it reloaded Windows Vista. Entered the product key, it activated the software and presto - Vista is up again. I had to reinstall all of my downloadable programs, but a minor inconvenience to get back up and running.

I realize this is an Apple discussion board, but if Apple is determined to sell Intel-based Mac with the promotion of running both Mac and Window applications - then I suspect you will start seeing more and more posts regarding these issues concerning Vista or Windows XP running on Macs. . . or either remove your "Windows Compatibility" forum heading . . . .
