sound effects?

Hey all..I'm wondering if there are any sound effects in Keynote (I'm use to Powerpoint) and if you can add sounds to builds etc. The only thing I can find is adding music...any ideas?

If you have QT Pro, you can export the .caf into a variety of formats. I quickly converted one of them to a .aif file, which iTunes imported with no problem.

i do have QT pro...so I'm starting the conversion...is there any faster way than one at a time?...hmmm....I was hoping I could somehow just drag and drop them into itunes...thanks for the tip though!
