iTunes Rental Movies not moveable to iPod?

I can not find how move a rental movie from iTunes to my 5th gen. iPod...is it only the new iPods and iPhone that support transferring rental movies? Someone help please. I don't want to sit in front of my iMac for the entire movie but rather chill in my bed before I go to sleep and use my iPod. 🙂 Help!

This is bogus!!!!!

I am the biggest Apple fan and supporter, and not supporting this iPod for movie rentals is absurd. We bought this iPod for my son weeks before the touch was released (August '07). A 5 month old device!

So, the only devises this supports are iPhone, Touch and the new Nano?

A disclaimer would have been nice.

Well I bought the Ipod touch for $300.00 and now I have to pay $49.00 for a new cable just to watch any video on my TV.

I got a new ipod last April, and I have enjoyed watching shows and music videos on it. The other day however, I decided to rent a movie, but then I was very dissapointed to learn that it can't be played on my ipod and I can only watch it on my laptop. This makes my video ipod kind of pointless.

The only way to communicate with apple regarding your displeasure regarding their misleading advertising is to demand a refund .....they scammed you. This can be done on itunes. I have not heard from from apple regarding my refund but if i don't hear from them within the next two days I am going to file a consumer fraud complaint against.

I complained. They said they would credit my account for the rental price. That was 2 days ago. My account hasn't been credited yet, but they said it would take a few days to show. Everyone should go this route so they can see how much business they are losing.

Apple is unbelievable. If anyone finds out how to request a refund for video rentals, let me know.

Go here. http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/buy_troubleshooting/ and then click on "purchase history" and then click on "report a problem"
