try going to the windows menu at the top>click on that>click show work space>and then click the letter T in the A(for audio column)and scroll down to R(for record)..try that i hope it helps?..i have the sAme problem....try it?
I have experienced the same problems that Protool users have had, ie: the latest OS update totally screwed up my system. I have done countless program deletes and reinstalls and now both Reason and Protools 6.4 do come up, but Protools states that my primary and music volumes of my hard drive are "..not an audio playback volume." I can't figure out what that means and how to correct it. Does anybody out there know anything about this issue?

You will need to update your PT software.
Your version of PT will NOT work with 10.4
Check the Digi Compatability pages for more info, but I think the upgrade is free(but am don't remember)
I had the same problem. I have PT Mbox and PT 6.x, and when I upgraded to 10.4, it wouldn't work. The updated PT software did the trick

I did a disk repair and now the message that comes up is "must be on an audio record volume" Help!
