Convert pc keyboard to Mac keyboard

I want to convert my pc keyboard to a mac keyboard:
I mean, I want the SECOND key (from the left ) of the last row makes ALT functions (and not APPLE functions like now).
I mean, I want the THIRD key (from the left ) of the last row makes APPLE functions (and not ALT functions like now).
Is there any a solution doctor?
