Can I password protect the internet?

My 11 year old son just got an ipod touch and I know I can block it from home but I want to turn it off completely. Is there a way to turning off the wifi capability will any router? Does anyone know if there is a third-party solution out there?

I do not want to try to password protect the ENTIRE Internet (did you read this whole thread?) I just want to lock (or password protect) the Internet ACCESS from my childs iTouch.

Yup, just thought the title, without context was funny. I really wasn't trying to make fun of you. It was a rough day and your title made me smile.

I really did understand. Hopefully, when new applications come out, someone will write something that will enable you to do what you want/need to do. You're certainly not the first person to ask about it.

you could just ask to see his safari history everyday and if it has been erased take his touch away for a week or a set time
