OS 9.2 USB joystick

Hi everyone. I just resurrected my old G3 tower for use as a classic gaming station. My old MacFly joystick is no longer working (broken springs?) sto I went out and bought a Logitech Attack 3 USB joystick. When I plug it into the USB port, the System Profiler finds it, but that is about all. I have the correct Input Sprocket extension (1.7.3) installed, but no prompt for the joystick.

Now the joystick did not come with any software and Logitech says it should be auto detected, but it isn't. Does anyone have suggestions for me? Is there a device manager or something that someone could suggest so that I can program and use this joystick. Logitech offers no Mac support on it, even though the box definitely says it will work on a Mac with system 9.0 and a USB port.

Thanks!
