Microsoft Groove 2007 alternative for macbook users

Hi Mac friends,
I've a macbook and a pc at work and was wondering if there was a Mac solution like Microsoft Groove 2007. Basically this keeps both computers smartly synched whenever they go online, different from idisk. I really suggest you have a look at the demo on microsoft website to get an idea of what a great product, and to understand what i'm looking for.

Note: I'm not looking for logmein.com and if necessary we have a dedicated online server.

Thank you

Mac OS X (10.5.1)

not exactly. My concern is not mainly about getting in touch with other team members, but is about getting smart sync of my data. That is when i'm out with my laptop i want to be able to access all my files, but not idisk because i may not be connected to the internet, but when i am it would smartly sync and update my files. When i go to the office and make changes to the files from the pc, these are automatically synced with my macbook. And there you go..
