Logitech Communicate STX w/ Macam Software

If you talking about the iChat IM itself - the video icon is not responding and on iChat Preferences>Video the video “frame’ have ‘There is no camera attached to this computer’ written on it. The iSight help link is all about iSight which my camera is not. I got a Logitech Communicate STX with Macam driver. It work good on Yahoo messenger and on Skype. As you know there is no voice chat for Mac on Yahoo IM. And with Skype the video takes over the power and makes the audio very bad.

Anyhow. I used the iChat yesterday for the very first time and I discover to my dismay that the audio is not working even though my Logitech headset is showing in Preferences>Video. My relative and I (me mac iChat, her pc Aim) keep accepting each other invite but iChat/AIM keep saying we both decline!

Reading the forum today it’s clear that video and audio is always a problem on iChat. I was hoping I could do both video and audio on iChat but obviously it’s impossible to happen. I don’t think it's worth the worry as it doesn’t seem have any solution to the problem. i just go back to skype for voice chat and yahoo for video.
