Iomega StorCenter Pro 150d NAS

I am considering the purchase of the StorCenter Pro 150d 2TB but I have reservations regarding compatibility with my MacBook Pro. My main concerns are its implementation of AFP as a network file protocol.

Any owners of Iomega StorCenter Pro 150d NAS care to comment on its compatibility with OS X, Network File Protocol AFP and any Mac limitations inherent within the NAS.
