USB Kensington PilotMouse Optical does nto work after QuickTime 7.4.1

I have a Kensington PilotMouse Optical (USB) with Mouseworks 3.0.r1 that I have been using for two years.

After my update of Quicktime that mouse seems to no longer work as far as generating a CLICK-MOUSE or Right-Mouse. I have re-downloaded MouseWorks from the Kensington support site and re0installed it but it no longer appears to work correctly.

Is anyone having the same problem? Anyone have any ideas?
