Album count in iTunes

Is there a way to get a count of the total number of albums in my iTunes library?

Yes, you can see how many albums you have. On the right corner of your screen you should see two buttons. If you click on the button that looks like an eye (near to the eject button), your library will be divided in Genres, Artist and Albums. Them, you'll be able to see the total number of albums!
