How do I show only checked songs?

How do i make a playlist out of checked songs only? There is an option under smart playlist that says "match only checked items" but when i select that only, i cannot press ok for the list to generate. Is there any way to do this? It seems like this should be so easy to figure out but i just don't get it....

Just make up a rule that you know ALL your songs in your library must work with. For example, YEAR *IS NOT* 1000. Unless you actually have songs tagged as being from the year 1000, ALL songs will go into that playlist. Check the box for "Match only Checked items" and you now have a Playlist of all your checked library items.
