AT&T service better than Verizon's?? I don't think so. Check out any customer satisfaction survey such as JD Power & Associates and I believe you will see Verizon consistently scoring much higher in terms of network quality and customer service.

ATT has superior customer serivce hands down. I was on the phone with a sales rep from Verizon. After letting her know I was going to weigh my options she hung up on me. Verizon and good customer service? Yeah right.

I am displeased with the some of the certain lack of features of the iPhone.

My work phone is Verizon and their customer service has gone way down in the last few years.

Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile Tie for First Place in VocaLabs Customer Service Study

During the three months ending December 31, 2007, Verizon Wireless (NYSE:VZ) and T-Mobile (Deutche Telekom AG) tied for the top honors, earning "A’s" in *Caller Satisfaction* and "A’s" for *Call Completion,* a measure of how many callers were able to complete get what they needed in a single call.

AT&T (NYSE:T), formerly Cingular, scored "B's" for both benchmarks.
