Hoe To Open Ultrabeat in logic express 8

I cant seam to find instruction in the manual to open the ultrabeat is it a vst or standalone it was working when I loaded the program then I opened a Garageband using logic express 8 and Now i cant seam to find wher to open it

Mac book pro, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

I'm not in front of my Mac right this sec, but you load Ultrabeat (as well as other software instruments) in the channel strip I/O. Click on the rectangle & a drop down menu will appear. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I'm at work on a windows machine.

Yes, the previous respondent was correct. I was wondering about this myself. The manual seems to miss this small but very important detail.

You simply have to double click on the UltraBeat rectangle in the inspector to bring UB up.

Just figured this out myself. Hope that you have!
