Time Capsule and Verizon Fios

I was curious...can a Verizon Fios user, use Time Capsule? I think we are tied to this huge Actiontec Router. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Just moved from Cablevision to FiOS.

Set-up:

Fiber comes into apartment, goes to white ONT box on floor under television stand

DVR goes right into white ONT box

Phone goes right into white ONT box

Coax goes out of white ONT box > Actiontec router in other room (using existing coax cabling)

Actiontec > Ethernet into WAN port of TC

Wireless on Actiontec is OFF (i.e., Actiontec does not transmit wireless signal)

TC in bridge mode.

All devices connect to TC, backups work, etc. IP delivered by DHCP on Actiontec, passing through TC bridge.

Actiontec Firewall on default "medium" security; firewalls active on all Macs on network.

Everything seems to be working fine, and I'm currently getting 25mbps down and 20 mbps up off my MacBook laptop (which should be connecting via 802.11n to the TC)

Very pleased with all of it so far.
