How to Listen to A Prairie Home Companion

Is there anyway to listen to NPR's "A Prairie Home Companion" on the Mac? I found the News from Lake Woebegone podcast in iTunes, but I would like to listen to the whole show.

The NPR website says that you must have RealPlayer installed, which I don't want to do, but then it also goes on about Flip4Mac which I do have installed. But I still can't get it to work.

I seem to remember that Real Player, was pretty shady and had a tendency to mess up my machine "back in the day." Has it improved? Should I just get over it and install RealPlayer?

Anybody else having success with this?
Advice?
