Roadrunner webmail over quota

Aloha from Hawaii!

Hope someone can help me. I keep getting a email from Roadrunner telling me that I'm over quota. I cleaned up my Apple Mail folders but when I log onto Roadrunner's webmail, all the messages are still there on the Roadrunner server. Is there a way I can delete my messages and manage my email account without always having to clean it up on the Roadrunner webmail server site? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Forgive me if this topic has been discussed before. Tried doing a search but couldn't find a similar problem.

Mahalo...

Go to Mail > Preferences > Accounts and under the Advanced tab for the account preferences, is Remove copy from server after retrieving a message: checked and if so, what is your setting for same?

Choices are:

Right Away
After one day
After one week
After one month
When moved from Inbox

There is also a Remove Now button which will remove all messages from the server.
