Green bar at top of all screens

I'm on the road today but the last three days there has been a green bar above every screen on my iphone that says "touch to return to call 00:49". and it has a lock icon at the top of it. It used to show 4:00 at the top but it's been at :49 the last 20hrs. I don't recall hitting any keys and I can't seem to find out how to make it go away. Passcode lock is off and it does not prohibit me from doing anything on the iphone that I need to do. thank you. jason

for better explanation: that green bar usually occurs when you are calling someone and then pressing the home button to do other stuff on your iphone. the call will be shown as that green bar at the top of the screen, but of course it should normally disappear when the call is ended. so best solution - as always in such situations - is to restart the iphone. that should solve the problem.

Sounds to me like its just a glitch from a previous phone call that wont go away. Try restarting your iPhone. Maybe that'll work.
