Connecting to Server Error code -36

Every time I try to connect to my PC I always get "the finder cannot complete the operations because some data in smb://192....../files could not be read or written. (error code -36)." But when I'm on my PC, I can get files from my powerbook. Also I can not ping my pc from the powerbook, but I can ping my powerbook for the pc. Can someone help me with this problem?

The following options should be set in the Security Options section of the Local Policy (And Domain Policy, possibly). The settings dealing with SMB and Secure Channel are of particular importance if Microsoft Networking and Resource Sharing are to be used.
Note: These policy settings just create and set registry keys (that is, they are just a pretty interface for the recommended registry keys settings).
