So why does my iPhone vibrate twice at boot?

My wife and I both have 16G iPhones, but for some reason when mine boots from power off, upon joining the AT&T network it vibrates twice in quick succession while hers does not.

No difference in any settings I saw right off hand.

Anyone know why?

Just a thought: Is your phone in silent-mode (switch on side of phone) while hers is not?

My iPhone recently started doing this as well. My original iPhone never did this when in ringer mode, only when on silent mode. Now that I have a replacement, it ALWAYS vibrates twice on boot, even though it's always on ringer mode.

Any ideas? It's not really an issue, but I just don't understand why it happens.

So why does my iPhone vibrate twice at boot?
