Cant Get Into My Own Home's WiFi

Hey guys, for some reason, i cant log in to my WiFi in my house. the router comes up in the WiFi section of settings, but when i go to put in the password, it says "cannot join [my wifi name]. I needed to restore my iPhone, but before i did that it worked 100% fine with no problems...

Any help will be appreciated,

One thing to check out on your wifi router, is the security your running.
Usually it has to do with the type of security and the length of password or pass phrase

If you are running wep 128 bit encryption, try to use a 13 char password.

If you are running wpa 2, try to use a 8 char password.

Also, as a test, you can try turning the security off and see if the iphone will connect.
If you cannot get the iphone to connect to your network, try taking the iphone to a local hotspot( a starbucks or mcdonalds) to see if it will connect to there network.

Hope this helps.
