How to set forward page order as default?

Since upgrading to Tiger I have found that print jobs to my Samsung ML 1210 are always printed last page first, i.e. in reverse. This did not happen under Panther.

I can correct this by selecting:

Paper Handling from the print dialog

then Page Order > Normal

I'd be grateful if anyone knows how to change the default setting...
