Remember the good ol' Map?

Is there a similar program to the good old Map Control Panel in OS9? I need to find the long and lat of a city and if I remember it right, that cute little thingy can do it for me (I know only major cities though). reinstalling OS9 is out of the question 🙂

yeah, I guess I can google what I need. I thought i'd ask anyway just in case theres any replacement for that control panel.

Hey, it would be a killer widget for someone to do 🙂 A 3D globe one could rotate, zoom in on and click for coordinates.

Chachi, thanks for that site. It's great!

Lee, I havent mentioned there is already one called World Map I think (sorry, its in my office mac). You can select a country in the menu and it will show you which part of the world you can find it. It also gives you some more info about the country. Altough you couldnt rotate the map as yet. Maybe in future version. You can also zoom in and out.

Its a good widget, however it just didnt have the info i needed.
