Recent iTunes Videos Won't Play

Here is an odd one...over the last three months, I've purchased all of the episodes to Eli Stone and loaded them on my iPod (that's a terrific show, by the way). All of the episodes view fine on my MacBook Pro running 10.4.11. The first 10 episodes all worked fine on my iPod, but the last two will not play, no matter what--no video, no sound, no nothing. I've deleted them and reloaded them, no change. One thing that coincided with the start of the problem is that I upgraded my iPod software to the current version, but not sure why that would cause this problem. Every other file on the iPod works fine, just these two pain-in-the-behind Eli Stone episodes. Any idea what the problem is and how to resolve it?

Apple has given me a refund for the episode, and asked that I wait two weeks before re-downloading so they can investigate further. They also gave me a 3-video credit for my hassle.

I must say that the Apple iTunes Store has always been responsive to the occasional difficulty I have, and have always properly provided refunds and "thank you credits".

I seem to have the same problem here but it is with my NCIS Season Pass. Never had a problem before but now that the shows are back on, I downloaded last weeks episode--it shows up in my iTunes but will not sync to my iPod. I tried everything and contacted support--they sent that long letter and reset my download. Did everything the letter said and downloaded last week's episode again and also downloaded this week's episode--same thing happened. I have three seasons of NCIS and have never had a problem. The titles of these two episodes show on my iPod but will not play. Any ideas what is going on?

To get a response from the iTunes store:

1) Go into your iTunes app, go to the iTunes store
2) Click on your name/account at the upper left.
3) Select Purchase History
4) Find the purchase with a problem
5) Click on the BUTTON "Report a Problem" (bottom center of window)
6) Wait for the list of text "Report a Problem" to appear to the right of each item
7) Click on the text "Report a Problem" for the problematic item and follow the instructions.

Hope this help.

Thanks for the instructions on reporting a problem. The Report a Problem link does not look like a link (no color or underscore), so I didn't realize it was a link to enter your problem info. Seems like Apple is trying to make it tricky for users to figure out how to submit a problem. I'll be interested to see what they have to say.
