Internet is censored

I have 10.5.2 installed on my MacBook and I've noticed that my computer seems to be filtering the internet automatically. Some words (like "sexual" for example) have asterisks instead of the actual words. Sites that have even a hint of racy content are blocked or full of **'s. I don't use Parental Controls on this machine and it can't be my ISP because my iMac (also running Leopard) shows none of these behaviors on the same network. This happens in Safari and Firefox.
Any clues?

iBook G3 800, iMac 2ghz, mini 1.66Ghz, MacBook 2Ghz, Mac OS X (10.5.2), Mac owner since 1986
