Recognizing phone number with and without international prefix

I phone considers the phone numbers with and without international prefixes as two different phone numbers.
What to do to make it recognizing them as one.

I am terribly sorry. The "issue" was caused by having the wrong international prefix stored at the entry. No wonder the calendar app could not match the address. Shame on me.
