Case corrosion.

I experiencing corrosion all over the palmrest area on my MBP.
Is there any way to fix it or probably just cover it with something without changing the case it self?

I couldn't get the pdf to load--it may just be my dial up connection--I don't know. Sounds like something I would like to have though.

I tried looking at a manual I do have, and I just can't tell. I think the only way to really tell is to get to see one that is taken apart, like at a repair shop or something. I think either one of us could look at the inside of the case and tell if it was anodized or not on the inside. The manual I have makes it look like it is, but there's really no way to tell from a photograph.
