HP LaserJet P1005 on a Mac?

Hey Everyone,
Does anyone know whether a HP LaserJet P1005 works with Mac OS X Leopard?
I'm using a MacBook Pro with Leopard installed.

Thanks in Advance,
Tim Howard

You need a CUPS driver to do IP printing. Install the foo2zjs 3-part driver set and follow the directions:

Greg, the foo2zjs Mac package doe not support the HP LJ P1005 at this time. It only supports the HP LJ 1005. The user would have to download the source code and compile it for the P1005.

Just bought the HP LaserJet P1005 and ran into the same problem. After reading this thread was intent on bringing it back on Monday. Then I decided to get "radical". I went through the "/HD/Library" folder and deleted everything HP. "/HD/Library/Application Support/hp" gone. "/HD/Library/Frameworks/HP blah blah blah.framework" gone. "/HD/Library/LaunchAgents/HP blah blah blah" gone. "/HD/Library/Printers/hp" gone. "/HD/Library/Receipts/HP IP CUPS backend.pkg" gone. "/HD/Library/Receipts/HP IP Print plugins.pkg" gone. "/HD/Library/Receipts/HP IP URI converter.pkg" gone. "/HD/Library/Receipts/HP LaserJet P1000/P1500 Series.pkg" gone. Everything HP I could find in my libraries folder on my hard drive I deleted. Won't be needing to return my HP LaserJet P1005 Monday after all.

Being "radical" and deleting everything HP and then installing drivers again helped me too. Thanks Diojii.

Before I tried to delete everything I tried to install supplied drivers, reinstalling drivers from HP's site, compile several other versions myself and none have worked. I presume that CD that came with my P1005 didn't had the latest drivers and that reinstalling drivers from site didn't work properly.
