Embed SRT subtitle on DiVX for PS3
Hi Everyone -
I'm looking for a software that allows me to embed an SRT subtitle file to an AVI DiVX file without re-encoding the file. There are a number of apps that would allow me to actually "burn" the subtitles over the video, but this is not what I'm looking for.
On the PC, for example, you can use "AVIAddXSub" to do that ( http://www.calcitapp.com/README.htm). It's pretty fast and I used it a couple of times. Now that I have migrated to the Mac, I'm looking for something similar.
The reason I need this is to generate an AVI DiVX file that can be read by the PS3 with the option of turning subtitles on/off.
