Frequently, I get this error message. First off, I have no idea what the xtras folder is. Second, I need to know what to do to fix whatever is wrong.
Thanks.

This application requires and Xtra (Havok Physics Scene) that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras folder(s).
I've tried re-installing the Adobe Shockwave thing, but no solution.
The message refers to that program's folder. Look first in your applications folder. Does that application have its own folder? If so, there should be an xtras folder inside. The message indicates that a component needed is missing from that folder. I have no idea what that might be.
So you are playing back a Shockwave movie it sounds like? Anywway Xtras are what they sound like, things that let Director do more fanncy things. When some makes a DCR when compiling things they need to include the Xtra as part of the compile or it will not be found.
i have the same problem. when i use shockwave on safari i get the same message. thinking that shockwave just didnt run well with safari, i downloaded firefox for mac and i got the same message. what is the deal?
