Blank Main Stage

Opened Main Stage today after the Logic update and the main window is blank. Black screen in Layout, Edit, Perform, and Full Screen mode. Guitar audio still works.

DualCore 2.3 G-5 / Dual 1.25 MDD G-4 / iMac G-5, Mac OS X (10.5), iPods / iPhones etc...

Hi all,

I always carry with me a USB selfpowered hard drive with a carbon copy of my Macbook internal drive (using superDuper).

so, in case someday something happens to my internal drive, due to an update or whatever, I will be able to boot from the usb drive. It works pretty well, and runs all samples and patches perfectly. even all my registerd plugins for Native instruments or MainStage work straight with no extra re-authorization, since it is always the same computer.

I finally have figured out and fixed the "blank" screen issue. Replaced the stock video card a year and a half ago with an ATI X1900 card. Turns out it has been slowly failing over the past few months. All sorts of problems began to arise. Put the stock card back in today and all is working fine with MainStage now as well with the other issues.
