Distressor....?

All I can say is Cranesong trakker. Most versatile compressor I've ever used. I can always get a great sound with those.

Doesn't distort quite like the distressor, but I prefer the trakker.

You are right ...I have both the ULN-2 AND the 2882........

THe ULN-2 pre's are great (that is why it costs bucks)
Sooo.

All you will need is 1 of the limiters from FMR...since the limiters are already 2 channel

The comps are 1 channel......

However, all the shining, glowing reviews are about the RN comp NOT the limiter.........I do not know if it sounds as good....

Call mercenary, ask for Fletcher......be honest and tell him that you are just learning and, whether to get 2 of the FMR RN Comps or 1 of the FMR limiters

........just comliment him first 😉 Tell him people say he is the audio god that is all-knowing 😉

and that you are trying to learn....he'll set you up.

Regarding voltage........

120V is what comes out of American walls
240V is european
