G4 light flashes but won't start

When I press the power button on my 1.25GHz Power Mac, the light flashes, but the computer doesn't come on. I thought it might have been the battery, so I replaced it, to no avail. Then I thought it might be the power supply, so I bought a new one, but that didn't work either. So now I'm at a loss. What else could be wrong with it? I have no idea what to do.

Power Mac G4 MDD, Mac OS X (10.5.2)

I guess this could be what's wrong with my computer too. So I guess it's likely that I have two working power supplies now. What a waste.
