iphone overwrite

How do I get my photos, music and contacts to synch back to my mac. My hard drive died and I lost all of it and it's only on iphone. When I open synch pref in itunes it provides warning that it'll overwrite iphone

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.3)

There is no way to "synch back" to a computer data that is on the iPhone, with the exception of songs you downloaded and purchased directly to the iPhone from the iTunes store.

Hopefully you made a backup of your hard drive and you can get your data back that way. If not, unfortunately, you're sadly out of luck.

Thanks! I did synch the itunes purchased songs. I'm surprised there is no overwrite command for the phone, oh well my mistake.
