Microsoft Sam?

My sister's iTunes has started to do something very strange and undesirable. When she plays a song, it suddenly get very quiet, and Microsoft Sam interrupts, telling us the name of the song and its album. I have no idea of this "feature," nor any idea on how to fix it.

Can I get some help, please?

Never heard of Microsoft Sam. Maybe there is a plugin installed?

It's not a feature of iTunes. She must have some third-party plugin or application that's doing it.

Could it possibly be AIM (She says something about "AIM Tunes" and "AIM Games")?

I've never heard of AIM having text-to-speech, but I can't say for sure.

Okay! I figured it out.

It was her "iTunes Remote" Widget with some strange feature.
