my account has got hacked, they have spent money i dont have in my bank, and i dont have an overdaft, i reported this to apple... will apple still charge me

We are not Apple, we are users like you, so we can't possibly know what Apple will do. If they were bought on a credit card, perhaps the credit card company can help. Let us know what Apple does. Sorry to hear about your problem. Hopefully it won't happen again. Patrick

Personally, I think the best thing for you to do is to contact your bank and explain to them that the charges were unauthorized, and see what sort of protection they offer in this situation.
When you reported the problem to Apple, were they able to disable your account? If they didn't specify one way or the other, I'd definitely suggest changing your password using iforgot.apple.com, if you are able to do so. Try to use a combination of letters, symbols, and numbers. Try not to use any words found in the dictionary (for example, purposely spell it wrong) to make it harder to guess.
