Software update unavailable

Trying to update Leopard to 10.5.4 by clicking on "Software Udpdate".
Since Two days, I have the progress bar stuck "To Checking for newx software" indefinitely. ???

iMac 3,06 Ghz-4Gb, Mac OS X (10.5.2)

I thought there was a separate forum for Office for Mac, but I don't see one.

There is, but not at Apple Discussions. Check the MS site: http://www.officeformac.com/productforums/
