Smily faces and iChat

A friend of mine asked me this question and I wasn't really sure so I'll ask you people who are much smarter than me...
Is there a way to add additional smily faces to iChat, (most current version running on Leopard), and if so does anyone know where to find one that is rolling its eyes?

iChat's internal processes converts a typed sequence into specific pics.
Using the Smiley Drop down will tell you what those are.

Smiley Packs expand those and change some of them.

A Close Tag ">", Colon, dash and Ordinary close bracket produces the Horned "Naughty" smiley >:-) in iChat. (not sure if it is used here on the boards as others are)

It is converted at the other end into whichever pic is associated with that keystroke. As such the pics are not sent.

I am not sure how other IM apps work.
